About these terms

This website is operated by The Garage Miami, 18 Pacific Ave, Miami QLD 4220, trading as EFS Gold Coast. By using the site you agree to these terms. They work alongside our privacy policy.

Prices

• Prices shown are the EFS recommended retail price (RRP) in Australian dollars including GST, as published by EFS. EFS may change its prices at any time and we update the site regularly.
• Fitting, wheel alignment, compliance and any other labour are extra and are quoted for your vehicle.
• Lift kit prices are the RRP of the shocks and springs that make up the kit. The final parts list depends on your vehicle and the load you carry.
• Your written quote sets out the final price. If a price on the site is wrong, we'll tell you before you commit and you can choose not to go ahead.
• This site is not an online shop. Nothing is sold through the website and no payment is taken online.

Product information and fitment

Product details, specifications, fitment and GVM figures come from EFS and are given in good faith. Images may show optional extras or a different model. We confirm fitment, compliance and legal lift limits for your exact vehicle before ordering. GVM upgrades are fitted and certified through EFS's approved process.

Your consumer rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. EFS products also carry the manufacturer's warranty, and our fitting is covered by our workmanship guarantee.

Trade marks and content

EFS, Elite, XTR, X-Treme, Enforcer, MXP, MRP, Xcape, Stockman, Pioneer, Vividmax, Recon and Ya'Mate are trade marks of their owners and are used to describe genuine EFS products we supply and fit as an EFS dealer. Product images are supplied by EFS. Other text and images on this site belong to The Garage Miami and can't be copied without our permission.

Links and third-party services

The site links to and uses services run by others, such as EFS, Google Maps and Podium webchat. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information. Read their terms and privacy policies before using them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from using this website or relying on its general information without a written quote. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
